Payments have been smooth for me on the PH365 mobile site. I topped up through my usual e-wallet and it reflected on the balance in a couple of minutes, no chasing anyone. First withdrawal wasn't instant but landed in a fair window for the method I chose. Can't complain about the money side so far.

Withdrawal delay is my main gripe with the PH365 app. Requested a payout and it sat as pending far longer than I'd like before it moved. On top of that the menu is cluttered - I spent a while just looking for my transaction history. When you download PH365 hoping for something quick and simple, this isn't quite that.
